has hosted four epic festivals this year, but their fall event—the last of 2019—could easily be their best yet. Located at at Navy Yard, there will be plenty of chances to meet up with friends for drinks, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the festival’s entertainment.
Brewfest’s main event is, of course, beer. They’ll be serving over 50 different seasonal craft options, and you’ll be able to try as many as you want with their unlimited tastings. For visitors, this means two things: you must be over 21 to enter the Bullpen, and you’re bound to have a good time.
If beer isn’t your taste, don’t fret—Capital Brewfest will have plenty of alternatives. 25 different wines will also be available for tasting, with everything from French chardonnay to Australian sauvignon blanc, plus rosé and sparkling options. Gluten intolerant? Not to worry. Ciders are naturally gluten-free, and Capital Brewfest is proud to serve 10 different variations.
No festival is complete without a bite to eat, and Capital Brewfest is no exception. With the help of some of Washington, D.C’s finest food trucks, the festival will keep everyone well-fed. With live music, art, and tons of incredible vendors around every corner, Capital Brewfest is the perfect way to spend a Saturday. They’ll have outdoor games like massive Jenga, as well as college football live on the big screen. Come rain or shine, the event is excited to host a day full of fun.
VIP tickets are available for guests looking to take their experience to the next level. Perks include a full pint-sized tasting glass, early admission to the event, and access to a separate VIP area serving exclusive brews.
